Caregiver / Home Health Aide

Duties:

• Provide compassionate, non-medical care and companionship to seniors in their homes.
• Assist with personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
• Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Follow individualized care plans while maintaining client dignity and respect.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and supervisors.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required.
• Completion of caregiver training program or willingness to undergo training.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
